Claims Procedures

Claims Procedures :

  • The client should contact us immediately in case of any claim under his policy accordingly we will make the formal notification to the insurance company, that covers the risk.
  • We will give our prompt advice to the client of the necessary steps that should be taken to protect damaged property and to prevent any further damage to the insured property.
  • We will request the insurance company to arrange the necessary survey of the damage to decide on the nature and extent of damage and that it is covered by the insurance policy.
  • In order to protect the interests of the client we will send one of our employees to assist the client during the survey of the insurance company , if it is necessary .
  • We will follow the repairs of the damaged property until we obtain the actual repair invoice and submit it to the insurance company on behalf of the client.
  • If the insurance company ask for after repair survey, we will inform the client and will attend to assist.
  • On behalf of the client we will follow the claim with the insurance company until the cheque of the claim settlement is issued. We will receive the cheque and deliver it to the client on the same day.
