- The insurance company is committed to cover civil liability for damage to third parties caused by demolishing of buildings and facilities of the subject building for the following:

1. The liability of engineers and contractors during the working insurance period or any endorsements attached to it

2. The liability of the owner for the damage referred to if they fall during the next ten years to the end of the construction period stated in the policy schedule and its endorsements or delivery business whichever near .
